Aditya Press Meet

Bheemagani Sudhakar Goud has directed and produced a children’s film titled ‘Aditya’, with ‘Sri Lakshmi Educational Charitable Trust’, his own production house, as presenter under the banner ‘Santosh Films’. ‘Creative Genius’ is the tag line. The film features Suman, MS Narayana, Jakie, Meena, Madhavi, Vishnu, Cherry, Romeer and Arjun in key roles. Brahmanandam played a special role. The film was screened at national and international Award competitions and won appreciations from several prominent people. Now, it has received entertainment tax exemption from Andhra and Telangana states.

Speaking on the occasion, the director and producer of the film Sudhakar Goud said, “Prominent IAS officers, after watching the preview of the film, appreciated the film and said that ’Aditya’ is made with good concept. The film was screened at children’s film festivals and won appreciations from prominent people in state and nation levels. It also received entertainment tax exemption from Andhra and Telangana states. It’s a blend of entertainment along with the message. All child artists have given wonderful performances. Though it’s a children’s movie, many prominent artists like Brahmanandam and late MS Narayana have worked for the film to include comedy element. I’m pretty happy with the technicians I got. Veteran actor Suman played a social reformer, while Ashish Vidhyarthi played an antagonist. Siva Parvati acted as revolutionist. I’m thankful to everyone who helped us for the tax exemption. We are planning to release the film in the third week of June.”

On this occasion, Sri Mallikarjun Rao said, “’Aditya’ was carved out wonderfully. Of late, makers are showing interest only on commercial films, but not on children’s films. Sudhakar Goud garu has really taken the risky job. Nearly, 2000 children have acted in the film. Apart from directing and producing the film, Sudhakar Goud has played a scientist role in the film. The story of the film revolves around an orphan boy who is very talented in science and technology. A slum boy who is an orphan, goes to a government school, develops new scientific equipment with his own talent and innovation wants to pay back love and affection shown on him by the people who brought him up. Some big shots in society want to possess the patent rights of his innovation. How the young scientist manages and escapes all their plans and dedicates his innovation to the nation –is the theme of the story.”

Prem Babu said, “I played the title role in ‘Aditya’. It’s a good message oriented film.”

Child artists Praveen, Rahul, Romeer and Shanmukha are acting in the film. Brahmanandam is playing a special role. Ashish Vidhyardhi, Jaki, Meena, Madhavi and others in important roles. Suman, MS Narayana, Jabadarsth Raghava, Pinky, Jakie and many child artists are also part of this project.
