Rangam Triple Platinum Disc

The audio platinum disc function of Jeeva-Karthika starrer ‘Rangam’(Ko in Tamil) was held at Mallikarjun theater in Hyderabad on June 16th. The function was attended by Asmal Ameer, Kumar, K V Anand, Harris Jayraj, Paras Jain, N V Prasad, etc.

N V Prasad said, “K V Anand worked as a cinematographer for many hit films, later turned director and directed the film titled ‘Ayyan’. Then he ventured into this project with R B Chowdary’s son Jeeva. The audience once again proved that they would always encourage good films. After ‘Robo’, this movie has become a big box office success in Tamil Nadu. The audio has become the biggest hit and this movie has got the highest share in this theater. I thank everyone who worked for this film.”

Sunil said, “Harris Jayaraj is the main hero of this film. As a music lover I enjoy his music a lot. Even though I’m not associated with this film, I’ve come to this function only because it is R B Chowdary made a film with me as hero, and this is his son’s film function. I wish Jeeva a grand success in his future endeavors.”

Cinematographer cum director K V Anand said, “Both story and screenplay are the heroes of ‘Rangam’. Jeeva gave an outstanding performance in this film. The film is based on the real life incidences that are occurring in today’s society. I thank the audience for watching and appreciating the film.”

Kumar while speaking, “This movie with a good story will certainly become a big hit. The response is very good in Telugu also as expected. I thank the audience for supporting us. We are planning to do a straight Telugu film very soon.”

Harris Jayaraj thanked the audience for making his music as well as the film a huge success. He concluded saying that he would come up with greater music in the near future.

‘Rangam’ is directed by cinematographer turned director K V Anand. N V Prasad and Paras Jain jointly produced the film under Supergood Films (P) Ltd., and R S Infotainments (P) Ltd. R B Chowdary is the presenter of the film.
