Srimanthudu Success Meet

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Gorgeous actress Shruti Haasan starrer family action entertainer ‘Srimanthudu’, has released worldwide in highest theaters on August 7. It is running successfully with success talk. On this occasion, the film unit has arranged success meet on Sunday, at Taj Deccan in Hyderabad. Mahesh Babu, Jagapathi Babu, Shruthi Haasan, Koratala Siva and producers Yerneni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan were present at the press meet.

Koratala Siva has handled the direction department for this most prestigious film. Yerneni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan have jointly produced the film with high budget and high technical values under MB Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Mythri Movie Makers banners. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music. Actor Jagapathi Babu played the role of Prince’s father.

Speaking at the success meet, Mahesh Babu said, “I was very impressed by the script narrated by Koratala Siva. ‘Srimanthudu’ has once again proved that Telugu audience will always encourage good films. ‘Srimanthudu’ is the best film in my 15 year career. August 7, is an unforgettable day in my life. The entire success credit goes to Koratala Siva garu. The credit regarding my look goes to cinematographer Madhi. Devi Sri Prasad has promised us that he will give wonderful music. He has given excellent music as he said. I’ve not slept well one week before the release of the film and now I’m not getting sleep with happiness. I think it will take a couple of weeks to become normal. I’ve acted in the film by trusting the story. Siva has developed a wonderful script. During the starting days of the film, Galla Jayadev garu has suggested me to adopt Burripalem village. I thought if I do that at that time, everyone will think it’s a publicity stunt. Therefore I kept the idea aside. I will give the clarity regarding the adoption within a couple of months. Everyone is thinking that I’m taking due care in promotions just because I’m a producers. But it is not true. Our attempt is to take good content to the audience. When I decided to do this project, it has increased my fear and responsibility. After watching the film, my father said that ‘Srimanthudu’ is the best performance my career. My brother Ramesh Babu congratulated me with a bouquet. I was stunned because this is the first time he did like that. My son Goutham also very impressed by the film. Sitara is singing the songs. I was very impressed with Koratala Siva’s confidence. Siva and I convinced Jagapathi Babu to do my father role. He performed well and given life to that role.”

On this occasion, an elated Jagapathi Babu said, “I’m very glad that I too became part of this wonderful project. I got rich father image through this film. Koratala Siva has presented me like that. It is very beautiful that Mahesh calls me as Andi in the film. I’m thankful to the audience for making the film a big success.”
