Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu Audio Release

The much awaited audio of Victory Venkatesh, Anjali, super star Mahesh Babu and Samantha starrer ‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ was released in Hyderabad this evening (December 16, 2012). The audio was launched in style at a specially erected house set. Fans thronged in thousands to get a glimpse of their favourite stars in the audio function. The special guests in the audio function were Dr D Ramanaidu, Victory Venkatesh, his son Arjun, Superstar Mahesh Babu, wife Namrata & son Gautham, heroines Samantha, Anjali, Prakash Raj, Sreenu Vaitla, Vamsi Paidipally, Boyapati Sreenu, Gemini Kiran, Ganesh Bandla, etc. Suma and Jhansi anchored the show. Venkatesh’s son Arjun released the audio CDs and presented the first copy to Mahesh Babu’s son Gautham.

‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ features Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu as brothers and sons to Prakash Raj and Jayasudha. Venkatesh is named as Peddodu and Mahesh Babu as Chinnodu. Anjali and Samantha have paired up with Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu respectively. Srikanth Addala is directing the film under Dil Raju’s production ‘Sri Venkateswara Creations’. Mickey J Meyer is providing the music.

After the audio was launched Dr D Ramanaidu said, “Sobhan Babu and Krishna worked for films like ‘Mande Gundello’ in the past. Again after so many years the Telugu film industry is seeing two heroes acting together. I’m very happy to note Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu doing the film together. Dil Raju is a costly producer. All his movies are grand success. I wish this movie also to become a grand success.”

Venkatesh said, “I’s a good movie and and will connect well with each family. Mahesh turned my brother right from day one of the shooting. I’ve learnt about Dil Raju’s passion for films while working for this film. I’m very happy to have done a good film under Srikanth’s direction. The output of the film is great. Expectations would definitely skyrocket when a film is being made with two heroes. Hence this movie will definitely be on par with the audience’s expectations. Mahesh Babu said, “I was very excited when I listened to the 15 minutes narration of Srikanth. He crafted the movie excellently. His three years of hardwork will pay off. Mickey J Meyer rendered wonderful music. This movie had taught me a lot. I had a great experience working with Venkatesh garu. I was impressed with his passion for films and dedication on work. Dil Raju is a quality producer. I wanted to do more films under his banner. The movie festival will begin with this film 3 days prior to Sankranthi.”

Prakash Raj said, “Having worked for this movie for about an year or so, I’ve completely overcome my anger and impatience in me. I do not understand how Srikanth was able to write a story like this and only Dil Raju finds them too. It’s a very cool film. Producers like Dil Raju are very essential to our industry. Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu never let their star image come in between while shooting for this film. They were completely involved in the story, surrendered themselves to the director and behaved like real brothers. This movie will set new trend in Telugu cinema. This film will create a pleasant atmosphere in every family and would remain in the history of Telugu cinema. It’s a heart-toucing Telugu movie for the Telugu audience.”

Director Srikanth Addala said, “It’s a great opportunity given by Dil Raju to me. I’m very happy to direct a multi-starrer movie which is coming after 25 years. It’s a story of two brothers. When I first approached Dil Raju garu he opined that this story has to be made with two big heroes. So I first met Venkatesh garu and narrated the story to him and then to Mahesh Babu garu. When both of them agreed to do the film, my confidence level went up. I penned this script based on few incidents that occurred in my life. My family too has brothers like this. I would always be grateful to our heroes who supported and encouraged me in directing this film. Similarly my producer also gave me good support and confidence to proceed with the project. Mickey J Meyer rendered fantastic music. Guhan’s cinematography will be the highlight. Prakash Raj’s performance as father is marvelous. I requested Ganesh Patro to pen dialogues to this character since I felt my age and experience is not sufficient to do so. ‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ is the pure traditional movie which would attract all. Dil Raju said, Our banner has successfully completed 10 years. We are very happy to say that a multi-starrer movie with two big heroes which is coming after 25 years is being made under our banner. We first narrated the story to Venkatesh garu. After getting approaval from him we approached Mahesh Babu while he was shooting for ‘Dhookudu’. He asked us to which genre does this film belong. When I made him understand it’s in lines with ‘Murari’ and ‘Kalisundaam Ra…’, he listened to the story for 15 minutes and instantly gave his nod. Only with the cooperation of Venkatesh garu and Mahesh Babu garu, the outcome of the film is coming out superbly. Both performed like real brothers. It’s a pure Telugu traditional movie. The audience should not compare this film with ‘Dookudu’ and ‘Businessman’. It’s like ‘Kalisundaam Raa….’ for Venky and ‘Murari’ for Mahesh Babu. Samantha did a cute role in this film. Anjali played a performance oriented role as Seeta. Mickey composed extraordinary music aptly suitable to the story. He has moulded himself perfectly for this film. I’m dedicating this film to every Telugu family.”
