The Nandamuri family observed the late NTR’s birth anniversary, on 28th May, indulging in a lot of social services. Following an early morning visit to the NTR Ghat, actor Balakrishna and nephews Kalyanram and NTR inaugurated a blood donation camp at NTR Trust Bhavan. Kalyan Ram also released a book on the late NTR, Nayakudu-Kathanayakudu, penned by Todupunuri Friends. Chandra Babu Naidu, along with brother-in-law Harikrishna, unveiled a statue of the late NTR at Jayanti Puram in Krishna District.

Devendra Goud, Errannaidu and actress-turned-politician Roja were some of the politicos who paid their respects at the NTR Ghat.
