However, “The Asian Wok” will bring an entire palette of Thai, Malay, Korean, Indonesian, Mangolian and Japanese dishes, which are just as delectable as their Chinese counterparts.Such as Tom Yum Gai, Veg Talumein Soup, Khowsuey, Laksa (Malaisian Soup), along with starters Dim Sim, Malaysian Chicken Satay, Gai Yang (Thai Style Grilled Chicken, Momos (Veg and Non-Veg).
The menu also contains Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes belongs to Asian Countries such as Double Cooked lamb, Stirred Fish with Bokchoy, Chicken Drumstick, MassamanPla, KaengKhiao Wan, NasiGoreng, SambalIkan, Kung Pao Chicken, etc. and finally end with desserts with Darsaan, Dates Pan Cake, Jasmine Tea Mousse Cake, Banana Toffee with Butter Scotch glaze and Nutty Honey Cinnamon Filo Rolls, etc.
Chef Yadgiri has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies of the Asian region and offer a rich food experience of. Food Festival will not only present Asian delicacies but also will be known for its Creativeness. However Executive Chef Bhagya Raju, who has also a vast experience in international and regional cuisine would unfold the mystic recipes along with his team.
Speaking on the occasion, “The food festival promises to delight customers with its uniqueness. The buffet is priced at at INR 799 including taxes per person and the restaurant has been suitably done up with an ambience that brings the resemblances of the vibrant colorful Asian theme and dragon and will play the well-knownmusic in the back ground to suit the ambience and the theme, said Richard Rajesh, General Manager, Manasarovar Fern.
