The breezy Wednesday afternoon proved to be a fruitful gathering for the members of the Kakatiya Ladies Club, who got the opportunity to interact with celebrity nutritionist, Ms.Suman Agarwal of Selfcare.
During the course of her talk, Ms.Suman Agarwal dispelled some popular food myths while throwing light on the benefits of natural food and cold pressed juices. She also spoke at length about the synergy between food and mental health while stressing on the importance of practising intelligent eating in everyday life.
