The tenth edition of series presents ‘AMBROSIA de FaBULAE’ that showcases Viraj Naik’s latest works of intricate drawings and prints which gives us a unique view of his psychological insight. Abstracting the phenomenal character of objects, they include discerning models of his conception of the corporeal and psychological world homogeneously blended together. His pictorial space is inhibited by hallucinatory, symbolic, hybridized; distorted, phantasmagoria images appear to have emerged directly from the artist subconscious, to produce a surreal image which revolves around the scenes from day to day life events.
Talking about his recent works, Artist Viraj Naik says, “As I draw, the narration of cause makes reality transform into visual elements, to construct an image of self. Pure thinking, clear ideas, variable contours, enrich the velocity of the draughtsman. The object has its linearity, covered with a mass textures that hide its skeleton. There is a constant investigation to refine classical finesse in my work, for qualitative hybridization of post surrealism. The drawing will always be continued as records of human civilization.
It will be followed as the purifier of my soul, the highest form of expression for mankind's existence."
