Santosham 14th Anniversary South Indian Film Awards Press Meet

Cine Magazine ‘Santhosham’ is amusing the film industry by organizing ‘South Indian Film Awards’ event grandly for the past 14 years. Every year in August, Suresh Kondeti, the owner of ‘Santhosham’ magazine, is bringing delight to Tollywood with the name Santhosham Awards. The magazine has successfully completed 14 years and entered 15th year on August 2. On this occasion, Santhosham 14th anniversary function and ‘South Indian Film Awards’ event will be held on August 14, 2016 in the evening at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. To announce the news, the organizers held press meet on Tuesday (August 2) at Park Hyatt in Hyderabad. Hero Nikhil has launched the song on Santhosham written and composed by Viswa. Heroine Catherine has presented the first invitation to hero Nikhil and Thaman.

Speaking on the occasion, Hero Nikhil said, “I am watching this Award function since my childhood. Viswa has penned a wonderful song on Santhosham Awards and composed it wonderfully. It has successfully completed 14 years. After Nandi and Film Fare Awards, this ‘South Indian Film Awards’ function is being arranged on par with those functions. The award are being issued to encourage talented artists and technicians.”

Viswa said, “Suresh Kondeti’s and my native is Palakollu area. Suresh Kondeti is contributing his service to the film industry since 14 years by organizing ‘South Indian Film Awards’ event. This time, he asked to write a song on Santhosham. I have kept my heart and soul to write and compose a wonderful song. I wish the event which will be held on August 14, will become big success.”

On this occasion, Kalyan Krishna said, “I have good relationship with Suresh as a journalist. He is encouraging talented artists and technicians with Santhosham Magazine and by presenting Awards. Santhosham Awards has got good craze like Nandi Awards.”

Wishing for the grand success of the ‘South Indian Film Awards’ event, Thaman said, “Suresh has big support from the entire south film industry. He is encouraging talented artists and technicians. This year, the event will be held on August 14. I wish the function will become grand success.”

On this occasion, owner of Santhosham magazine, Suresh Kondeti said, “I will continue to arrange Santhosham Awards event as long as I live. I don’t bother if no one supports me, but I request them not to disturb me. When I started Santhosham Magazine, the second year Balakrishna suggested me to present Awards with the name Santhosham. I followed his words and started presenting awards. Later, in another function, Chiranjeevi garu wished me to turn into distributer and producer. I have distributed 74 films so far. As a producer, I made 15 films. I am going ahead with the support of everyone. Senior journalist Pasupuleti Ramarao garu and Vasu in our team are giving lot of support.”
