The Promenade -A multi cuisine restaurant at Hotel Aditya Park, Ameerpet is organizing NH-65 a Telugu Food Festival starting from 20/04/2016 to 30/04/2016 during Dinner from 7 PM to 10:30 PM. to offer a delicious treat to the diners. The specially designed food festival is a delightful experience through the heartland of Telugu cuisine.
Master chef ‘Venugopal G.’ has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies of this region and offer a rich food experience of. It’s an 11 days culinary journey from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. Master Chef Venu Gopal Golkonda who has rich experience in regional and international cuisine would unfold the mystic recipes along with his team.
During your culinary tour of 11 days we would be serving several delicacies. Few of them are, For Non-Vegetarian, Chicken Seek, Mutton Seek, Thalakaya Kura, Endu Royyala Pulusu, Bommidayala Pulusu, Pottelu Kura, Kamzupitta Fry, Kalla Shorwa etc are served along with Kodi Pulav, Mutton Pulav.
For vegetarians Chikkudikaya Kura, Aloo Batana Curry, Dhondakaya Kura, Vankai Batana Curry, Chamadumpa Fry, Tamata Vankai, Beerakaya Vepudu, Kakarakaya Pulusu, Sorakaya Kura,Vankai Vepudu etc.,are served along with rice varieties such as Vegetable Rice, Bagarannam, Talimpannam,Aloo Bhat, Pulihora. Followed by varieties of Pappus, Charus, Pulusus, Sambars are included to serve along with Ragi Muddhalu and breads such as Poorilu, Jonna Rottelu, Sajja Rottelu.
Your gastronomical jounery ends with desserts such as Paramannam, Chekkara pongali, Payasam, Bobbatlu, Sunnundalu, Jhangiri, Jalebi, Gulab jamun, Kala jamun, Shahi tukra, Mini Jamun, Rasmalai etc are served along with variety of cakes and pastries. A special live counter is setup to serve delicacies from the regional cuisine along with fresh fruits.
Speaking on the occasion, “The food festival promises to delight customers with its uniqueness. The buffet is priced at at INR 600 plus taxes per person and the restaurant has been suitably done up with an ambience that brings the resemblances of the vibrant Suburb OF nh-65,” said Amitesh Kumar, F&B Manager, Aditya Park. Mr. Kumar also said it is a constant effort of Aditya Park to provide different cuisines to people of Hyderabad, by conducting several food festivals at Promenade, Aditya Park.
