Prakash Raj known for making quality films under his home banner ‘Duet Movies’, is now all set to direct a film in Telugu and Tamil for the first time in his career. Titled ‘Dhoni’, Prakash Raj is going to act, direct as well as produce the film. Musical scores will be rendered by Ilayaraja and all songs were recorded live with the entire orchestra playing at the same time. Prakash Raj says that the live recording will be done by Ilayaraja for the background score as well. The film is already on the sets and will take place in Hyderabad and Chennai till October end. ‘Dhoni’ is slated for December release.
Prakash Raj, Aakash (Puri Jagannath’s son) Radhika Apte, Dr Brahmanandam, Nazar and Tanikella Bhrani are playing the central roles.
