Thumma Kiran, who worked for Sekhar Kammula for the films like ‘Anand’, ‘Godavari’, ‘Happy Days’ and ‘Leader’ is making his debut as director. Raja Reddy is producing the film on Sri Bhavana Films banner. Title ‘Dil Deewana’ was confirmed by the unit members recently. Shooting has reached the final stage with just two songs left for shooting. The film features Raj Arjun Reddy and Rohit Reddy as heroes and Abha Singhal and Neha Desh Pandey as heroines. Ram Narayan is making his debut as music director.
Director Thumma Kiran said, “I thank Raja Reddy garu for trusting me and producing this film. The lead cast is fresh. They have also given a matural performance. Nagababu garu played a very good role. ‘Jabardast’ team Venu and Dhanraj and Raghava, who rewrote the television ratings with comedy in recent times, have given their best comedy performance. We are coming forward with a sensitive love story that also has an emotional drama. The entire talkie past has been completed with just two songs left for shooting. We will shoot the songs in October end. On the other hand, post production works are going on a full swing. We are planning to release the audio in November and the film by this year ending. Another point to be mentioned was that we have thought of several titles before we finalized the titled ‘Dil Deewana’. I hope this title will attract all youth audience.”
