We all know that the Kannada film ‘Silk’, in which Veena Malik has played the lead role, was a blockbuster. It ran successfully for 150 days and created new records by collecting 25 crores. The star director, Kanasugara Karan, who has made many successful films in Kannada, is now bringing super hit ‘Silk’ to the Telugu audience with the title ‘Red Mirchi’ under ‘Nice Movies’ banner with PVN as presenter. Sana played a cruel villain role in Veena Malik starrer. The film has completed censor process.
Director cum producer Kanasugara Karan admitted, “Kannada audience were impressed with Pakisthan actress Veena Malik and made ‘Silk’ a huge hit and brought records. Likewise, we are hoping that Telugu people also encourage the film which is being brought as ‘Red Mirchi’. At present, censor works are completed. We are planning to release the audio of ‘Red Mirchi’ by this month end and the film in the first week of March.”
