‘Dandupalyam’ franchise has become very famous. As ‘Dandupalyam’ has become super success, the makers have come up with Part 2 and Part 3. Part 2 is already a success and now part 3 is ready for release. Pooja Gandhi, Makarand Deshande, Ravi Kale, Raghu Mukherjee, Priyanka Kothari and Sanjjanaa did prominent roles in Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 and won appreciations from audience. Srinivas Raju is the director for all the three parts.
Now, a producer named Venkat has announced ‘Dandupalyam 4’ and it is being directed by KT Nayak. A press meet was held on February 28 regarding this and poster was also launched on the same stage. The pictures of Pooja Gandhi, Makarand Deshande, Ravi Kale and Ravi Shankar, who are part of Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3, are included in the posters of ‘Dandupalyam 4’. But Pooja Gandhi, Makarand Deshande, Ravi Kale are not doing Part 4. They clarified by releasing video clips saying that they are not part of ‘Dandupalyam 4’.
In the video clip which was released by Pooja Gadhi, she said, “I just got to know from somewhere that ‘Dandupalyam 4’ is being made. Let me clarify it very clearly that I am not a part of ‘Dandupaluam 4’. No one approached me for this project or my people. And we are not aware of anything like that be made. I heard that there was a press meet was held in Hyderabad recently and my name was there that I am doing the film. I not a part of ‘Dandupalya’ part 4. I am not doing this film. If anybody taking my name is absolutely false. As I saw the poster of ‘Dandupalyam 4’, my picture is there, I would like to say one more thing that without anyone’s consent one cannot use the picture for the poster. As I am not doing the film no one can use the picture for the sake of publicity or any kind of media interaction. I just wanted to put an end to this. As I am not doing ‘Dandupalya 4’ and I am not a part of the film in any which ways.”
