'Ardha Shathabdham' is all set to stream on Aha from June 11. On Monday, the film's cast and crew interacted with the press via Zoom.
Speaking on the occasion, director Rawindra Pulle said, "The story has been written based on the inequalities in our society. I hope the audience will connect with its content. Naveen Chandra, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Sai Kumar and others have got well-rounded roles. The trailer and songs have got a superb response."
Naveen Chandra said, "When the director told me that my character in the movie has been sketched after Umesh Chandra, I got very enthusiastic about the project. I have played a really unique role."
Krishna Priya said, "It was exciting to play the female lead. The story is quite universal. It feels great to have acted with a number of senior artists."
Sai Kumar said, "I have played an intense, dialogue-oriented character. After 'Prasthanam', this is the first character which came with so much depth in my career."
Producer Chitti Kiran Ramoju said, "I thank the entire team. The film has come out really well. I thank Aha, too, on this occasion for releasing our movie."
The film is headlined by Karthik Ratnam, the actor of 'Care Of Kancharapalem' fame. "I have played a lower-middle-class fellow in the movie. He falls in love with a girl and faces unforeseen hardships," he added.
