Dhanush’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual 'SIR' will head to theatres on December 2. The Venky Atluri directorial is currently in the post-production phase.
Dhanush plays a junior lecturer named Bala Gangadhar Tilak in the film. The Telugu version, which is set in Tirupathi, is a vigilante actioner. In a tweet, Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas wrote, "Mark the date. Our 'Vaathi'/'SIR' is getting ready to take classes from 2nd Dec 2022! (sic)."
Samyuktha Menon stars as the female lead. GV Prakash’s music and Yuvraj’s cinematography are said to be highlights. Sai Kumar has got a negative role in the movie.
