It has been rumoured for more than 18 months that actor Kiran Abbavaram has been in a relationship with starlet Rahasya Gorak, the heroine of his first film, 'Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru'. The news is that the duo is getting engaged this Wednesday. They will get married later this year.
The news was confirmed by the actor's team on Monday.
Appearing on a talk show in October last year, the 'SR Kalyanamandapam' actor declined to comment on the gossip about his rumoured relationship with Rahasya. Rahasya's social media timeline suggests that she is spiritually inclined and follows the teachings of a few spiritual masters. In the past couple of years, the only film-related posts (other than about her non-Telugu films) she has made pertain to Kiran's films.
"I have already taken a break for six months. I am focused on my future films getting the execution right. The script works have been done with greater care. 'Meter' was a misfire because its treatment and elevations were above my range. I have two projects with two new directors in the pipeline. I am also in talks with a couple of known directors," Abbavaram said in last October before the release of his movie, 'Rules Ranjann'.
