The Rangasthalam actor plays a paranormal investigator who has to redeem a troubled soul. His resounding study of his case is embellished with tense dialogues and people around him doubting his intentions. All the usual ideas we attach with psychological thrillers have a bland existence.
The clichéd Trailer doesn't excite one to explore Sabdham on any level. In this age of ready access to national and international thrillers of all hues and varieties, it's astonishing someone thinks the audience would be thrilled about watching a film just because it involves a troubled girl/woman.
Aadhi looks rehearsed and too detached from the proceedings. Sabdham should have ideally been released directly on OTT.
