Actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda of 'Krishna And His Leela' fame will be headlining the Telugu remake of 'Kappela' (Malayalam). The project, to be directed by debutant Shourie Chandrashekhar T Ramesh, was launched today.
Produced by Sithara Entertainments, the film was launched in the gracious presence of director Trivikram Srinivas. Harika and Hassine Creations' S Radhakrishna (Chinababu) was also present on the occasion.
The makers revealed that Tamil actor Arjun Das is debuting in Telugu with the film. He has got a major role in the untitled film. Revolving around the theme of love, the village-based drama will go on the floors sometime in August.
With the cinematography by Vamsi Patchipulusu, its music is by Sweekar Agasthi. The dialogues are by Ganesh Kumar Raavuri, while the production design is by Vivek Annamalai.
