Om Shanti Audio Release

The audio of Three Angels Productions’ ‘Om Shanti’ was released today at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. Produced by Chalasani Seshu Priyanka (daughter of Aswini Dutt), this multi-starrer film is directed by Prakash featuring Navdeep, Nikhil, Kajal Agarwal, Bindu Madhavi and Aditi Sharma. Music is composed by the South Indian music maestro Ilayaraja.

The audio function was attended by K Raghavendra Rao, Murali Mohan, Kodanda Ramireddy, Ilayaraja, Yandamuri Veerendranath,B Gopal, Mehar Ramesh, Seshu Priyanka, Aswini Dutt, Prakash, Navdeep, Nikhil, Bindu Madhavi, etc.

There are altogether four songs in the film and each song was released by K Raghavendra Rao, Murali Mohan, B Gopal and Kodanda Ramireddy. The CDs were released by Ilayaraja and the first copy of it was received by K Raghavendra Rao. Later the unit of ‘Om Shanti’ felicitated Ilayaraja with a shawl and a huge garland. The audio is released in music market by Sony Music Company.

Addressing the gathering Murali Mohan said, “Ilayaraja is such a great music director that there wouldn’t be any music lover without liking his music. Today I’m happy to say that he composed music for Nagarjuna-Amala starring ‘Nirnayam’ which was made under my home production. Now again I’m part of this film for which he composed music. I wish this film produced by Aswini Dutt’s daughter will be a big success.”

Yendamuri Veerendranath said that he worked with Ilayaraja in many films like ‘Marana Mridhamgam’ and Aakhari Poratam’ and wished the team of ‘Om Shanti’ a grand success.

“The main asset for my super duper hit film ‘Bobbili Raja’ was Ilayaraja’s musical scores and his re-recording work. His remarkable music in ‘Bobbili Raja’ appears fresh to ears even today. Likewise he has also given very good music in ‘Chinnarayudu’. Whether the film is big or small his music is always superb. I wish this maiden film of Aswini Dutt’s daughter will become a big success”, said B Gopal.

Kodanda Ramireddy said, “Ilayaraja had reached great heights in music and became a role model for many aspiring music directors of today. Yet he is so simple by nature. It’s by God’s grace that I got the opportunity to work with him in 14 films and all of them became super hits. I hope this film also becomes a big hit.”

Ilayaraja while speaking, “If someone asks me about music I’ve no answer. I only keep trying something new in every film. This film has four songs and it has come out very well. I wish this film becomes a big hit.”
