Golimar Muhurat

Bellamkonda Suresh has joined hands with Puri Jagannath to launch ‘Golimaar’ starring Gopichand in lead role. The launching ceremony took place today with a formal pooja at Puri’s office. Chakri, who is composing the tunes for the film joined the actor, director and producer for the pooja.

Later while speaking to the media Puri Jagan said, “Golimaar is going to be made on crime backdrop. The story is based on an idea of events surrounding an encounter specialist Daya Nayak who I recently met in Mumbai and learnt about the nitigrities. Though Bellamkonda is known to me for quite sometime it’s ultimately after these many years that I got a chance to work with him.”

“I’m happy to work with Puri Jagannath and Bellamkonda. And the major relief while working with Puri Jagannath is that he shoulders the major responsibility of giving shape to the movie and hence I feel very relaxed”, says Gopichand.

This movie is yet to finalize the heroine, the hunt continues. Shyam K Naidu is the cinematographer. Other prominent artists of the film are Roja, Nazar, Pasupathi and Shawar Ali.
