Audio launch event of Kannada superstar Sudeep Sanjeev and Nithya Menon starrer ‘Kotikokkadu’ was held on Monday i.e. on October 11 in Hyderabad. CLN Media, Lagadapati Srinivas and Guduri Gopal Shetty are presenting the film to Telugu audience.
This out and out action thriller is the dubbed version of Kannada film ‘Kotigobba 2’ directed by star director KS Ravi Kumar. Nitya Menon has played the female lead opposite Sudeep, while Prakash Raj, Nasser and Ravi Shankar will appear in important roles. The film which was released in Tamil and Kannada, has grossed huge collections.
On the same stage, Darsakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao garu launched Tamil-Telugu bilingual titled ‘100 Degree Celsius’ which is being made under CLN Media banner. The film features 5 heroines and a special character. To be directed by Mithran Jawahar, The film is being made with huge star cast such as Lakshmi Raai, Nikesha Patel and Arundhati Nair and 100 more Tamil and Telugu artists and with highest technical values without compromising in any aspect.
Dasari Narayana Rao sounded the clap board for the first shot which was canned on Lakshmi Raai, Nikesha Patel and Arundhati Nair. He has presented the script to Mithraj Jawahar.
Silpika, Lagadapati Srinivas, Deepthi, Prasanna Kumar, Priyanka, Rama Satyanarayana, Lion Sai venkat, Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, DS Rao, Ramyasri, Sruthi Sarma, Samudra and Manoj Nandam and some others were present at the audio launch event of ‘Kotikokkadu’.
Darasakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao launched the Big CD, while Samudra released the audio CDs.
“Malayalam film ‘100 Degrees Celsius’ is being remade in Telugu by Mithran Jawahar. I am very excited to join the shoot,” said Nikesha Patel.
“The film explores the lives of five heroines. It is based on the real incidents. I wish all the best to CLN Media banner,” said Lakshmi Raai.
Wishing all the best to the film unit, Dasari Narayana Rao said, “Shobha Rani has great passion on films. Know how much money she has lost. She has chosen a wonderful subject. We hve great confidence on director Mithuran. He has made a hit film with Dhanush in Tamil. Top heroines have been roped for this remake. I appreciate producers for making small budget film in a commercial way.”
Prasanna Kumar, Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana, DS Rao, Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, Samudra and other guests too spoke at the function and wished for the success of the film.
