Title, logo and teaser launch event of ‘Kontract’ was recently held at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Prominent actors Arjun and JD Chakravarthy as heroes and Krithi Katva and Divya Singh as heroines, ‘Kontract’ is being made by Sameer under his own direction on Sameer Productions banner. Hero Arjun and Lion Sai Venkat launched the title, while the logo was unveiled by Swamy Goud. Motion poster was released by Swamy Goud and Pratani Ramakrishna Goud.
On this occasion, Swamy Goud said, “Telangana government is giving lot of support for the development of Telugu film industry. It is very sad that small budget films are facing theaters issue. It would be better if government takes suitable actions and that is why the responsibility has been given to Pratani Ramakrishna Goud. We are taking due actions to bring development right from villages itself.”
Minister Mahendar Reddy said, “Arjun has good fan following in both Telugu states. Our state government is taking due actions to take the Telugu film industry to the top level in India. I wish ’Kontract’ will run 100 days successfully and take him to the next level.”
Wishing for the success of the film, RK Goud said, “I have strong connection with Arjun garu since his film ‘Cowboy No.1’. We both are good friends. He has good fan following in Telugu states. I wish ‘Kontract’ will impress all sects of audience and become big success.”
Addressing the gathering, hero Arjun said, “I learned Karate with the aim to become a police officer. Now, I got huge fan following in Telugu as hero with Kodi Ramakrishna garu’s ‘Maa Pallelo Gopaludu’. I am thankful to Kodi Ramakrishna garu and Telugu audience. ‘Kontract’ will impress all sects of audience for sure.”
Briefing about the film’s details, director and producer of the film Sameer said, “Working with JD Chakavarthy garu is a good experience. His support is the main reason to go ahead with the film. I am able to carve out the film beautifully only with the support of entire team members. After completing ‘Kontract’, I will start a huge budget film.”
