Introduction of YFLO: On the outset I would like to introduce to you YFLO, YFLO stands for Young FICCI Ladies Organization, which is an exclusive women's wing of the prestigious national organization FICCI (Federation Of Indian Chamber Of Commerce and Industry). The goal of our organization is women empowerment at various levels across different strata of society in India. YFLO was formed hence to address the hopes, desires and aspirations of this Young India.

There was a need for a body, an organization which shall give a voice to Young India and work with and for them, and The Young FICCI Ladies Organization was thus formed to forge these two objectives, i.e, The hopes and aspirations of India in the new millennium; and The objectives of its parent body FICCI. YFLO aims at personality development, awareness programs, training, business consultancy, networking and recognition through an array of activities across the year. In order to achieve these objectives one of our regular activities is learning sessions. Cosmetic procedures alter a part of the body that the person is not satisfied with. Common cosmetic procedures include making the breasts larger or smaller, reshaping the nose, and removing pockets of fat from specific spots on the body (liposuction). Reconstructive procedures correct defects on the face or body. These include physical birth defects like cleft lips and palates and ear deformities, traumatic injuries like those from dog bites or burns, or the aftermath of disease treatments like rebuilding a woman's breast after surgery for breast cancer. Key note address: So what is the risk involved in getting many of these procedures? Why is it still a taboo to talk about getting these procedures done if they are scientific and safe? Should cosmetic procedures be encouraged at all? Do we have Insurance coverage? Two renowned and great names in the area of Cosmetic and Reconstructive procedures will be present to inform the members of YFLO and Media on this topic.

Dr. Jamuna Pal Dermatologist and Cosmetic Physician A medical graduate from Nair Hospital Mumbai, Dr. jamuna Pat made a switch to aesthetic medicine in 1994 following her lifelong passion for beauty. After completing her training in the UK and with acclaimed dermatologists from all over the world, Dr. Pai has gone on to become the most commended and respected cosmetic physician in India. „Dr. jamuna Pal started her very first clinic, Blush in the year 1994 and now runs 4 clinics. Dr. Pai was nominated to be a part of the Femina Miss India panel in 1995 and she is closely associated with it ever since. She was conferred with an award for 'Excellence in Tourism" by Indian Achievers Forum in August 2010.

Mrs. Cherukuri is also actively involved in the real estate arid construction industry with various projects executed under her belt. She is the Co-Chairperson for Tourism, FAPCCI for 2009-11. She is ., also a member of Entrepreneur's Organization (E0). Mrs. Cherukuri is also actively involved in various philanthropic activities. She served Hyderabad Ladies Circle 43 as Chairperson in 2009 - 10.
