Dr Rajendra Prasad’s new film ‘Cinemakeldam Randi’ is being directed by MMG Reddy and produced by Sunita Paladugu and Seeta Nekkanti under Sri Productions banner. A press meet was held at a private bungalow in Madhapur today.
Dr Rajendra Prasad said, “Cinema is the basic entertainment that is in the limits of a common man. Hence we named the film as ‘Cinemakeldam Randi’. I know Gandhi for the past 22 years. He is a humble person. I was surprised when he narrated this story to me. All commercial elements are included in this film. The first schedule was done in Vizag. The audience will feel very happy when they come to theaters to watch this film. I did multiple get-ups in this film. There are some interesting elements and twists in this film. All artists are aptly suitable in this film.”
Bharat said, “This is a good entertainer. I essayed the role of Rajendra Prasad’s brother. This movie can be watched by all age groups. The audience will definitely enjoy this film.”
MMG Reddy said, “I love action films. I always had a feeling that I could never do a comedy film. Rajendra Prasad garu was impressed with the story that I narrated. I was little scared initially when the film was launched but after Rajendra Prasad garu entered the sets I overcame that fear. All artists and technicians are cooperating excellently. The producers also gave me complete freedom. Except for 25% talkie and 3 songs the rest of the shooting is completed. The package given by Ramanaidu Studios in Vizag and the facilities in that studio has helped us to shoot the film within our budget limits.”
Prabhakar Paladugu said, “We are planning to release the film in December and the audio in November. I hope the audience will watch and enjoy the film.”
