Sri Amma Art Production banner has launched a film titled ‘Poota Rekulu’ on Sunday in Producers Council Hall in Hyderabad. P C Aditya, known for creating several records in movie-making, is going to direct this film with B Ramesh as producer. Gangadhar and Sahasra are playing the lead pair. The muhurat shot was held the lead pair for which Sai Kiran tapped the clap board.
Director P C Aditya said, “Poota Rekulu is a pure Telugu love story film. The story is on the backdrop of world famous sweet, ‘Poota Rekulu’. The theme is how the sweet Poota Rekulu helped in uniting two lovers. For the first time I’m going to appear on the screen in a key role in this film. The first schedule will start on June 20 and continue for 10 days in Rajahmundry.”
