Pawan Kalyan’s wife Renu Desai has turned producer. Yes, she has launched Marathi movie ‘Mangalashtake Once More’ based on the relationship of wife and husband.
“I’m born and brought up in Pune. Marathi theatre has always been doing well but the cinema here is not on good phase. I’m very happy that my first production venture is in Marathi”, says Renu Desai.
The shooting of this film is currently progressing in Pune. Swapnil Joshi and Mukta Bharve are playing the lead roles. Renu stepped into the Telugu film industry with ‘Badri’ opposite Pawan Kalyan and later shared her screen space in Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Jhonny’ too. Later she worked as a costume designer for few of Pawan Kalyan’s movies.
