Aha on Monday announced a new web series. After thrillers like 'In The Name Of God' and 'Kudi Yedamaithe', this time the OTT platform has gone in for a rom-com. Titled 'Taragathi Gadhi Daati', the Mallik Ram directorial is a remake of the Hindi-language series 'FLAMES'.
Starring Harshith Reddy, Payal Radhakrishna and Nikhil Devadula in lead roles, the series is set in Rajahmundry. Releasing its First Look on Monday, the makers said that the charming innocence of its characters and the idyllic backdrop of the series is brought out by the poster.
What is the story about?
'TGD' revolves around Krishna, a young intermediate student, whose parents run a coaching centre. His academic boredom ends when the talented guy bumps into Jasmine, who is his batchmate at the Institute. The series will feature five episodes.
Nikhil Devadula, a well-known child artiste, was previously seen in the films 'Baahubali' and 'Uyyala Jampala'.
