'Tanikhi Kendram 1995' is an upcoming movie starring Mahendran as the hero. Mahendran was recently seen in the Sankranthi release 'Master'. Directed by Ravi Kishore of 'Antharvedam' fame, the film is jointly produced by Harshita Productions and Friends Funding Films. Marking Republic Day, its poster was unveiled today by director Maruthi.
Maruthi said, "The poster is so unique. Directors like Ravi Kishore are very much essential for the industry. I wish the unit of the film all the best."
Ravi Kishore said, "The story is based on a true incident that happened in 1995. We will release the teaser in the first week of February. And the film will release later."
Mahendran said, "I played the teenage version of Vijay Sethupathy in 'Master'. I hope 'Tanikhi Kendram 1995' will fetch me even more name."
Shagna Srivenun is the heroine. 'Baahubali' Prabhakar, Uma Maheshwara Rao, 'Jabardasth' Dorababu are part of the cast. Music is by Vinod Yajamanya. Cinematography is by Siva Kumar Deverakonda. Dialogues are by Vijay Karthik Chennam. Lyrics are by Rambabu Gosala and others.
