Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram', directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kollywood, will hit the cinemas on June 3. Vijay Sethupathi, who was recently seen in 'Kanmani Rambo Khatija', has been cast in a raw role. 'Pushpa' fame actor Fahadh Faasil has an admittedly power-packed role.
The news is that the film's first song, titled 'Pathala Pathala' was released yesterday. The groovy number has been lauded for its vibes as well as Kamal Haasan's screen presence. Without opting for difficult dance moves, the 'Indian' actor has created a much-needed impact.
"This is one of the most massy compositions by Anirudh Ravichander. The beat is quite thumping and will evoke an energetic atmosphere in theatres when you watch the song visually," a source says.
The original version of the song has lyrics by the 'Vishwaroopam' actor himself.
