'A Beautiful Girl', touted to be a feel-good romantic comedy fronted by Nihal Kodhaty and Drishika Chander (of the award-winning short film 'Manasanamaha' fame), has locked its release date. The film, for which Ravi Prakash Bodapati has wielded the megaphone, will hit the cinemas on October 21.
Produced by Gen’nexT Movies, the film's hero Nihal was seen as Ram Pothineni's younger brother in 'Jagadam'. The writer of the film had directed Charmme's 'Mantra'. As for the heroine Drishika, she is the daughter of the Nandi Award-winning costume designer Deepa Chander.
Producer Prasad Tiruvalluri comes from an IT background. He and the film's writer-director are confident that 'A Beautiful Girl' is going to touch the hearts of the audience. "The music is going to be a highlight," the makers added.
The film tells the story of a rudderless young man finding purpose in life, thanks to a girl who turns out to be a beautiful soul.
Madhunandan, Devi Nagavalli and others are part of the cast.
