'Baby' producer SKN, who attended the event as a guest, lauded Nithiin for doing 'AAY' even though it is not a solo-hero movie. He described Bunny Vasu as a multi-talented person. He loved the romantic plot and also the buddy comedy in 'AAY'.

Director Anji K Maniputhra felt relieved that his debut movie did extremely well despite competition from big movies. He thanked the audience for making a small movie a big draw at the box office. Anji added that 'AAY' has been preferred by the audience in the US as well.

Nithiin acknowledged the sincere efforts put in by everyone, including his co-stars Ankith Koyya and Rajkumar Kasireddy. He described cinematographer Sameer Kalyani’s visuals as amazing. "Bunny Vasu garu worked hard for our film. Ajay Arasada and Ram Miriyala gave a great background score and music. Thanks to Allu Aravind garu and Vidya Koppineedi akka for giving me such a good opportunity," Nithiin said.

The success of 'AAY' has resulted in both critical acclaim and good financial returns.
