Dhandoraa, starring Navdeep Nandu and others, has entered its second schedule. Produced by Loukya Entertainments of Colour Photo and Bedurulanka 2012 fame, the Telangana-based rustic drama is currently being shot in a village named Dharipally in Medak.
Also featuring Ravi Krishna, Manika Chikkala, Mounica Reddy, Bindu Madhavi and Raadhya, the Muralikanth directorial has Sivaji in a prominent role. Sivaji was recently seen as the chief antagonist in Court: State Vs. A Nobody. As for Navdeep, his latest OTT original is titled Touch Me Not.
"The ongoing schedule will last 25 days," the makers stated.
With music by Mark K Robin and cinematography by Venkat R Sakhamuri, the film is edited by Srujana Adusumilli. Kranthi Priyam is handling the art department. Rekha Boggarrapu is the costumer.
The title Dhandoraa implies a call to attention. The Telugu-language word is rooted in the idea of conveying important news or messages to a community in a way that ensures it reaches everyone. In a modern context, it might evoke thoughts of spreading information quickly, almost like a viral announcement or a rallying cry.
