Aditya 369's re-release is slated for April 4th. Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, on Sunday, hosted a grand pre-release event ahead of the re-release.

Speaking on the occasion, Nandamuri Balakrishna stated that his father's diverse filmography inspired him to do films like Bhairava Dweepam and Aditya 369. "When Singeetam Garu, Krishna Prasad Garu, and Balasubrahmanyam Garu approached me with this unique concept, I immediately agreed to act in the sci-fi movie in a dual role. I strongly believed that it would go down as a great film," the Daaku Maharaaj actor said.

The Veera Simha Reddy actor is confident that the re-release will result in excellent reception. "This film is going to receive an overwhelming response from the audience. Families will come to the theaters with their children to watch it. This movie will continue to be watched by generations. People are now realizing the power of Aditya 369, and the Indian film industry is talking about it once again," Balakrishna added, likening the movie to classics such as Sri Krishna Pandaveeyam and Dana Veera Soora Karna. He praised Ilaiyaraaja’s music, as well as the cinematography of PC Sreeram, VSR Swamy, and Kabir Lal.

Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad said that the laurels brought to him by Aditya 369 will always remain unmatched in his career. He thanked his uncle, SPB, for making the movie possible. "When I listened to Singeetam garu's narration, I liked the story but found it somewhat beyond my grasp. But SP Balasubrahmanyam garu told me the film would make me proud," Krishna Prasad said.

Singeetam couldn't attend the event in person. He delivered his message through a video clip. He recalled that NTR had previously portrayed the real-life character of Sri Krishnadevaraya. Singeetam felt that Balakrishna, who was just 30 at the time, was the perfect fit for the role. "There was no one else then, nor is there anyone now, who could portray Sri Krishnadevaraya as effectively as Balakrishna," Singeetam said. He credited Krishna Prasad with playing a significant role in bringing the project to life.

The pre-release event of Aditya 369 was also graced by young directors Anil Ravipudi and Bobby Kolli, who recalled the influence of the film on them when they were children.
