In a recent interview, director Ram Ganapathi described 'Rajayogam' as a crime comedy full of twists. Starring Sai Ronak in his career's most challenging role, the film also features Ankita Saha as the female lead. In this interview, Sai Ronak talks about the December 30th release at length. Ronak, who has previously done movies like 'Masakali', 'Chalo Premiddam' and 'Guppedantha Prema', says that 'Rajayogam' comes with a different treatment. "Failures are not new to me. They make me hungry and teach me to keep going strongly," the actor says. The film hits the cinemas on December 30.

Right from childhood, I wanted to become an actor. I trained in dancing and went on to train in martial arts and all. I also run a dancing school. My previous films like 'Pressure Cooker' had me in performance-oriented roles. 'Rajayogam' is the first film that had me use most of my skills, including dance and action.

The romance is definitely intense in 'Rajayogam'. It's a youthful entertainer. As the title suggests, it's about a situation we would all want to experience in life. My character expects a dreamy situation to become real. I play a mechanic who gets to live like a billionaire for four days. Least does he know that he is going to get embroiled in a scam. Two diamonds valuing Rs 1,000 Cr are at stake. The comedy is slapstick in nature.

The director has previously been into Animation. I love his sensibilities. His mindset is apt for an out-and-out commercial movie. I love larger-than-life films like 'KGF'. 'Yamaleela' and 'Aditya 369' used to attract me as a child.

In the hotel where the male lead walks into, he bumps into a woman. She is greedy and believes that he is a rich person. The hero doesn't know everything about her.

For fight scenes, I gave inputs to the director. We tried something new. You don't get a chance like this every time. You have to give your best when you get the opportunity.

'Hashtag' and 'Pressure Cooker' had me in kissing scenes. I am doing a movie with Neelakantha. There are four heroines in it and I have done intimate scenes with two of them. Doing romantic scenes has been a revelation to me. They are not easy to be pulled off. Romance in my movies is not lusty or vulgar. The alpha male's romance is something the audience enjoy to watch.

When Allu Arjun, Prabhas, Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR do mass movies, we enjoy. They are stars for that reason. Doing an entertainer like 'Rajayogam' has been like a getaway. It allowed me to do a dance number, fights, and all. The dance number was completed in 1.5 days. It would have otherwise taken three days. As an actor, I would like to do romances. Doing 'Rajayogam' made me realize that. The treatment is very sophisticated here.

The movie directed by Neelakanta is an intense thriller, which is titled 'Circle'. 'Popcorn' is one of my upcoming movies and it stars Avika Gor as the heroine. I am doing a fantasy movie under the Usha Kiran Movies banner. The former will be released in theatres in February next year. I am putting my cards in all baskets, trying to do a variety of movies.

I got to train renowned celebs in dances as a dance trainer. Over the years, my network in the industry grew. I got to play small roles in some important movies. I am also particular about how much I get paid for my acting assignments. If the fee is not up to my expectations, there are occasions when I declined offers.
