The audio launch of Kodi Ramakrishna’s ‘Ek Police’ starring Nagababu, today took place in a grand manner at Ravi Narayana Reddy Auditorium, Lotus Pond, Hyderabad. Made under NH Rushya Productions, the film is jointly produced by NH Bhaskar Reddy and MV Krishna Prasad. Gayatri Rao (Happy Days fame), Bhushan, Vijay Samrat, Dheeraj, Surya Charan and Lakshana are the main cast of the film. Koti had composed the music.

VV Vinayak released the audio cassette and presented the first copy to Nallamalapu Bujji. Apart from the unit members of the film, Sreenu Vytla, C Kalyan, Dasarath, Ashok Kumar, Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy, Nallamalupu Bujji were the important guests who attended the function.

Director of the film Kodi Ramakrishna while explaining about the film, “The story has been dealt with a new concept. ‘Ek Police’ is about a powerful policeman and the incidents that occur in his life. Though this is an action film, music would stand as the main attraction for the masses. Nagababu has done a tremendous job. His image will totally change after the release of this film. As such our film has created lot of sensations even before completing the shooting. Hence I guess we will reach the expectations of the audiences.”

Nagababu praised Kodi Ramakrishna for his sincerity and his hard work. He said that Kodi had done lot of home work with the subject before bringing it on to the sets. His dedication can be watched on the silver screen. Koti’s music is speechless. Further speaking he said that the producers have spent more than necessary to bring out the quality in the film.

Ashok Kumar who is performing the role of Chief Minister in ‘Ek Police’, had already worked in Kodi’s earlier films. Further speaking he said that this is his 15th film under Kodi’s direction. Kodi has a good grip over the police and political subjects. ‘Ek Police’ is also a political film on the backdrop of police. Kodi is sure to win a jackpot with this film as he is also giving a message to the police department and the public as well.

Koti has expressed his happiness for having got good freedom to compose the tunes, though the songs are situational bound. He said that the re-recording is under progress currently.

Later Sreenu Vytla, VV Vinayak, C Kalyan, Nallamalupu Bujji and Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy spoke on the dias and wished the entire team of ‘Ek Police’ a grand success.
