Jeeva’s ‘Simhapuli’ was a big hit in Tamil (Singapuli) in which he played a dual role. This film was produced by Kalaipuli Thanu banner in Tamil while the Telugu version is being presented by D Venkat Reddy under Sti Sivashankara Art Productions banner. Producer Nagamalla Shankar said, “Simhapuli has completed songs recording and dubbing work and presently in DTS mixing. We are planning to release the audio by next week and the film also in this month only. Jeeva played two different roles in this film. While one is the straight forward character, the other is quite contrast to that due to which the characters face lot of hurdles. Ramya and Honey Raj are pairing with
Jeeva for the two characters. Mani Sharma composed wonderful music. The songs were shot in Paris and on striking sets. This apart, action scenes would attract the masses.”
Dialogues and lyrics are written by Sahiti and music is being composed by Mani Sharma. Nagamalla Shankar is producing the film under D Venkat Reddy’s presentation. The story, screenplay and direction are by Sai Ramana.
