Nikhil, who is climbing the ladder of success by doing variety films like ‘Swami Ra Ra’, ‘Karthikeya’ and ‘Surya vs Surya’, is now coming out with another distinct film titled ‘Sankarabharanam’. MVV Satyanarayana is producing this film under MVV Cinema banner with Kona Venkat as presenter. Uday Nandanavanam is the director. Shooting of the film is going on at Bhor, Nagari and Wai villages near Pune. This schedule which was started on June 15, will continue till June 25.
Briefing about the film details, Kona Venkat said, “It’s a crime comedy movie which is set in the backdrop of Bihar. We have given the title as ‘Sankarabharanam’ to match with the story. There is no connection with the yesteryear Sankarabharanam and this film. This being a crime movie, it is being shot in very risky locations. These locations are too risky that people fear to explore them. Recently released first look has got tremendous response.”
MVV Satyanarayana informs, “We waited for almost 9 months for a good story that should surpass the success of the first film from our banner ‘Geetanjali’. Kona Venkat has given us a wonderful story.”
Rao Ramesh, Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, Sujay Misra and Pitobash Tripathy and some others are playing important roles in the film.
