Superstar Rajinikanth and Mammootty starrer classic film Dalapathy which was released 26 years ago was a run away hit then. Now, a Telugu film is being made with the same title. Sadaa is directing the film which is produced by Babu Rao Pedapudi under Aadi Akshara Entertainments Banner. Sadaa- Kavitha Agarwal, Babu- Priyanka Sharma are the two lead pairs in the film. Yajamanya is providing music and currently songs recording works are happening. Interesting thing is that, popular singer Shriya Ghoshal has sung a song in the film.
Shreya Ghoshal who is very much selective has sung this Telugu song after nearly one year gap. The song "Neeku Naaku Madhya..." was crooned by Yajamanya and Shriya Ghoshal together. The song was launched in FM Radio station. Currently, it is going viral in social media.
Speaking on the occasion, director Sadaa said, "Songs recording works are progressing as part of post-production. National Award winner Shriya Ghoshal has sung one of the songs. We are glad that Shriya who selectively sings in Telugu has sung a song for our film. What's more, she has appreciated our team. Each and every song has come out well. Yajamanya's music is going to be one of the major asset of the film. Dalapathi is being made as family and action entertainer with a unique concept. Entire production works have been completed. Jai's cinematography is other highlight of the movie."

Movie's output has come out well as we anticipated. Yajamanya's music, Jai's cinematography and Sadaa's direction are going to enthrall spectators for sure."
