Shankar-directed Ram Charan's political drama 'Game Changer' is opting for a grand Christmas release. The same was confirmed on Sunday evening by producer Dil Raju himself at the pre-release event of Dhanush's upcoming movie, 'Raayan'.
'Game Changer' stars Anjali, Kiara Advani and many others. The film, whose music is by SS Thaman, also features Srikanth, Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, and Naveen Chandra. S Thirunavukarasu is its cinematographer.
Recently, when Shankar was in Hyderabad for the promotions of 'Indian 2', he was asked for a release date update. He dodged the question and refused to say whether the long-in-the-making film will be released this year.
'Game Changer', which is a social drama as well, will be a grand pan-Indian release. It will clash with a few other important Indian movie releases at the box office.
Producer Dil Raju is said to have spent Rs 200 crore on its making. 'Game Changer' is the second biggest movie in Charan's career, the first one being 'RRR'.
