'Love Reddy' is a rare family-oriented love story: Makers

In 'Love Reddy', Anjan Ramachendra and Shravani Krishnaveni play the lead pair. Ahead of the film's theatrical release on October 18, its pre-release event was held on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, producer Madan Gopal Reddy said that actor Anjan has made it to playing a hero after a decade of struggle. He added that good content is unconditionally accepted by the Telugu audience even if the film is led by an unknown face. "Be it a newbie or an established name, the audience are favourable to both if the film's content is solid," Reddy added.

Producer Yashaswini peppered her speech with references to the characters played by Anjan and Shravani in 'Love Reddy'. She said that the lead characters are extremely relatable to both genders.

Music director Prince Henry noted that the songs in 'Love Reddy' have been well-received by the audience.

Actor Ganesh plays a brother in the movie. Speaking on the occasion, the artist described his character as ideal and so relatable that every household deserves such a brother. Actress Jyoti said that actor Kiran Abbavaram (who attended the event as the chief guest) has grown into a mass hero lately.

Director Smaran Reddy spoke of his journey with hero Anjan, saying that it all began two years ago. Since the birth of the project, new producers joined it, strengthening it in the process. Smaran also sincerely thanked GSK Media, the publicists behind 'Love Reddy'. The movie's premiere in Hindupur have fetched a very good response, he added.

Actress Shravani had an interesting analysis about the movie. She said that everyone who has experienced love at any point of time in their lives will relate to the movie. "Whether you have failed in love or have been successful, you will like 'Love Reddy' for sure," she added.

Actor Anjan described 'Love Reddy' as a family-oriented love story. He thanked Mythri Movie Distributors for releasing the movie in Telugu and Hombale Films for doing it in Karnataka. He also described Smaran Reddy as a talented filmmaker.

Chief guest and actor Kiran Abbavaram said that he has had a strong bond with Anjan since his short-film days. He appreciated Anjan for holding his ground despite struggles. The 'KA' actor also announced that he will be sponsoring a show each in the three Telugu markets - Andhra, Nizam, and Ceded. Kiran urged the audience to watch 'Love Reddy' without fail even if they skip 'KA' for the first two days.

K Shiva Sankar Vara Prasad, Mohan Chary, and Ashkar Ali are the cinematographers. BS Ramesh Kumar is the art director. The dance choreography is by Ajay Sai.
