'Jawan', starring Shah Rukh Khan and directed by Atlee, went on the floors more than a year ago. The film is slated to hit the cinemas on September 7 in Hindi, Telugu and other languages. SRK's fans are gung-ho about the movie's potential to become the biggest hit in the career of Red Chillies Entertainment.
Interacting with fans on Twitter, SRK only further elevated the anticipation around the action entertainer. He told his fans that he was planning to watch 'Jawan' with Atlee in the evening (the 'Ask SRK' session took place digitally on Monday).
'Vikram' and 'Uppena' actor Vijay Sethupathi has a crucial role in the movie. He also described the Kollywood star hero as one of his favourite actors.
As per the Bollywood superstar, he is too cool. Besides the title and SRK's probable characterization, nothing much is known about the project.
Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover and Yogi Babu have got other roles in the movie.
Shot in places such as Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Rajasthan and Aurangabad, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 220 Cr as per Bollywood media.
