It looks like the dusky beauty Amala Paul will say good-bye to films shortly. Yes, the actress will tie the knot with director AL Vijay soon. A source said the pair were seeing each other for sometime now and are set to get hitched. Both are excited about their marriage. The wedding is going to take place in Kerala in both Christian and Hindu style.
Amala, who made her foray into acting through a Malayalam film 'Neelathamara' in 2009 has carved a special image for herself in South Indian Cinema. She handled Kollywood, Tollywood and Malluwood extremely well and has been successful in her career. In Telugu, she had altogether did five films - 'Bejawada', 'Love Failure', 'Naayak', 'Iddarammayilatho' and 'Jenda Pai Kapiraju' (yet to be released). Right now, she is busy filming four films, two each in Tamil and Malayalam. Amala is expected to finish all her film related commitments before she settles down with her would-be husband. On the other hand, director AL Vijay is well known to Telugu audience through the dubbed version of his films like '1947 A Love Story', 'Nanna', 'Siva Thandavam' and 'Anna'. Both Amala Paul and AL Vijay worked together in 'Nanna' and 'Anna'.
