The makers of 'Bichagadu 2' are preferring to call their film a "concept-based action thriller". Its suspenseful trailer comes with minimal dialogues but there are enough hints that the screenplay's heightened drama will be amped up by background score and music. Previously, a longish teaser (which ran into four minutes) looked intriguing. The makers manage to convey more through today's trailer.
The visuals convey that the thematic variety of 'Bichagadu 2' is wide-ranging. Right from a courtroom proceeding to visuals of beggars on the street and a track in the backdrop of a temple (Aghoras are seen), the film has got them all.
The term 'Bikli' used in the trailer alludes to any avaricious individual who extracts money from the needy. Vijay Antony is an anti-villain.
Starring Kavya Thapar, Dev Gill, Harish Peradi, John Vijay, Radha Ravi, Mansoor Ali Khan, YG Mahendran, and Raja Krishnamoorthy, the film is produced by Fatima Vijay Antony himself.
The film will head to the theatres on May 19.
