Anil Sunkara today used strong words while condemning the rumor that Chiranjeevi is exerting pressure on him to pay a very high remuneration towards 'Bholaa Shankar' despite the movie becoming a disaster. He described the gossip as an unacceptable crime.
"Rumors may satisfy the cruel fun of some people, but tarnishing the image built on hardwork for ages is an unacceptable crime. It also gives immense pressure and anxiety to all the families involved. The news spread about the dispute between me and Chiranjeevi garu is pure trash. He has been thoroughly supportive throughout," the producer wrote on social media.
The producer of films like 'Agent' said that fake news can lead to unforeseen implications affecting all parties involved.
Chiranjeevi's movie has thrown up losses for the producer, who released it on his own in a number of territories. The quantum of loss has been a matter of conjecture.
