Prabhas didn't make the utterance from a creative standpoint. He commented in the context of the 'KGF' director's style of functioning.
"Prashanth is a hero's director in the sense that he is always comfortable with the time I would like to arrive on set. His focus was always on our shots once I, Prithviraj Sukumaran, or Shruti Haasan were on set," the 'Radhe Shyam' actor said.
The 'Saaho' star added, "I never had to wait on the set of 'Salaar'."
From what Prabhas said, it is clear that so much has been made about his pro-Neel comments without the context being realized. He didn't pit Neel against the 'RRR' director.
Neel will appear before the Tollywood media in Hyderabad on Sunday, five days before the theatrical release of 'Salaar'. The film will hit the cinemas on December 22.
