Payal Rajput, who shot to fame with her maiden Telugu venture 'RX 100' in 2018, has been making all the wrong choices. 'Mangalavaaram', which hit the cinemas in 2023, is her lone reasonable choice in the post-pandemic era.
In the latest instance, the actress has teamed up with Legend Saravanan for a Tamil-language movie. The Tamil businessman's debut movie, 'The Legend', was troll material. Acting opposite Saravanan will virtually put a full-stop to Payal's Kollywood career. Not many are going to consider her for serious movies thereafter.
In May this year, Payal alleged that some individuals were threatening to get her banned from Tollywood. In a long social media post, Payal spoke of how she had been forced to participate in the promotional activities of 'Rakshana' against her wishes. Allegedly, the 'Venky Mama' actress was not paid fully for the film.
Payal Rajput hasn't been active in Telugu cinema lately.
