'Devara' has taken the Nizam box office by storm, delivering an exceptional performance on its opening day. The movie has secured the second-highest day 1 share collection, trailing only behind SS Rajamouli's 'RRR'.
The Jr NTR-Koratala Siva movie raked in a staggering Rs 19.32 crore share on its first day, including the revenue from late-night and early morning special shows. Notably, the figure excludes GST.
The early morning screenings of 'Devara' played a significant role in boosting its opening-day numbers. The 1 AM, 4 AM, and 7 AM shows contributed substantially to the massive all-time second-highest figures achieved by the film.
In the Ceded market, 'Devara' collected a remarkable Rs 10.41 crore share on its first day. This achievement makes it only the second film to cross this mark, the first one being 'RRR', again.
Produced by NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, 'Devara' has Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Ajay and others in different roles.
