Internationally recognized as a filmmaker par excellence Rajesh Touchriver of “In the name of Buddha” fame, a British filmmaker is back with yet another mind-blowing film in Malayalam and Telugu. Based on true stories, Touchriver is directing this new film is based on human trafficking. The film which is slated to be released early next year will be shot in different locations across the country.
Shantanu Moitre, the genius music director who has given us some unforgettable music in movies like “ 3 Idiots”, “Munnabhai Bhai MBBS”
and “Parineetha” is supporting this film with another talented music director from the south, Sarath.
In this performance-oriented thriller the casting includes talented artistes from all over the country. Siddique from Mollywood with over 195 films to his credit and new face Anjali Patel from Bollywood are playing the main lead roles in the film.
The story, screenplay and direction are by Rajesh Touchriver who has over 40 feature films, short films, documentaries, music videos and ad films to his credit. Touchriver had also directed oscar nominated singer MIA’s debut album ‘Sunshowers’ for the British music company XL
Recordings.
Recipient of several international awards both for his feature film and for his documentaries Rajesh is producing this film under the banner of SUNTOUCH PRODUCTIONS.
