Children’s film ‘Shaanu’ has completed the shooting part which was filmed in and around Ainavilli, Amalapuram and Samanasa villages and presently post-production works are in progress. Children’s Film Society, India is producing the film, while KNT Sastry, who won several awards, is directing. Baby Jahnavi, Master Sathvik, Shivaji Raja, Madhavi and Shafi and some others have joined the shooting which went on for 20 days. The beauty of coastal area, children’s acting skills and Radha Krishnan’s cinematography are the added attractions to the films.
“The film which depicts the children’s confidence, intellectual capabilities and mentalities, is in the post-production stage. Srikar Prasad garu will act as editor for this film. The film will pull out the game Kho Kho which we treat it as a game for the kids who live in rural areas. The film depicts the eminence of the game in the district level schools. Kasibhatla Venugopal has provided dialogues and lyrics, while Isaac Thomas Kottukapalli has given music for the sound track. The film will be released by the end of December,” said the film unit.
